Dr. Brian James
Dr. Brian James is a graduate of Luther College and the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. James founded Monticello Family Dentistry, Stone Creek Dental in Dyersville and Cedar Ridge Dental in Tipton, building three practices from a scratch start into some of eastern Iowa's largest dental practices. Dr. James also founded The Mentoring Dentist Dental Assisting School which has graduated 160 dental assistant students. Dr. James also lectures on clinical topics and provides consulting services to dentists and their staff. Dr. James is a member of the A.D.A., I.D.A., and Dubuque District Dental Society. He is the recipient of the PSI Omega Fraternal Achievement Award. Dr. James has been recognized as one of America's top clinicians in continuing education by Dentistry Today, and he is one of 25 distinguished alumni to be inducted into the North Scott High School Hall of Excellence.
Dr. Nathan Hall
Dr. Nathan Hall was raised in Oelwein, Iowa. He graduated from Luther College in 1998 and the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2002. He was a faculty member at the Iowa dental school for a year after graduating with his dental degree. He completed his orthodontic residency and received his Master's Degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 2005. Dr. Hall resides in West Liberty with his wife, Trisha, and four daughters, Sailor, Finley, Pearson and Sullivan.
Dr. Tom Moriarity
I am Dr. Tom Moriarity. I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1999. I grew up outside of Dubuque and am excited to be moving back to my old stomping grounds. I am bringing with me my beautiful wife and a house full of little girls and am looking forward to biking, snowboarding, softball, camping and spending time with family. I am looking forward to continuing on the tradition of excellent patient care established by Dr. James.
Jamie Boge, C.D.A., R.D.A., E.F.D.A.
I have worked for Dr. James for 9 years. I am a certified and registered dental assistant. I graduated from NICC in 1997 and received by expanded functions training in 2006. I am married and have two children, Raegan and Noah. In my free time, I enjoy reading, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. The thing I enjoy most about working in this practice is the wide array of procedures we perform and the quality of care we provide our patients.
Nancy Deutmeyer, R.D.A.
I am a registered dental assistant for Dr. Brian James. I work closely with the hygienists and enjoy instructing good oral hygiene and preventive dentistry to children and adults. My husband and I are busy running our family-owned business and enjoy spending time with our four children.
Cindy Ehrisman, R.D.A., E.F.D.A.
I've been with Monticello Family Dentistry for 21 years. I graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 1975. In 2006 I became an expanded function dental assistant. I worked for an oral surgeon for four years. I enjoy working as a dental assistant in general dentistry, as there are a variety of procedures to do. Dr. James practices every procedure from general dentistry to endodontics to oral surgery. I've been married for 31 years and have three daughters, who all are registered nurses.
Theresa Grant
I am Theresa Grant and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I graduated from The Mentoring Dentist Dental Assisting School in 2006 and have worked for Dr. Brian James since 2006. My husband and I have been married for five years and have three girls. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cross stitching and spending time with my family.
Kim Loeffelholz, R.D.H.
I graduated from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa, as a dental hygienist in 1995. I've been with Dr. James for 12 years. I've been married for 21 years and have two daughters and one son. I enjoy being with my family, boating, fishing, golfing, and watching my children's sports activities.
Jody James
My name is Jody James. I graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 1989 with a degree in Health Information Management. I have worked at Monticello Family Dentistry since 1989, first as office manager and currently as CFO. I have been married to Dr. Brian James since 1992, and we have three children. My interests are spending time with my family, especially at Lake Okoboji in the summer and reading.
Lynn Meyer
I have been the office manager of Stone Creek Dental for the past eight years. I answer the phone, schedule appointments and help patients with payment and insurance questions. My husband and I have two girls and love spending every minute with them. In our spare time, we enjoy spending time with our family & friends, whether it be camping, boating, or golfing.
Kim Moriarity
Hi, my name is Kim Moriarity and I am a certified, registered and expanded function dental assistant. I have been in the dental profession for 13 years after graduating from the Des Moines Area Community College Dental Assisting Program in 1995. I am married to a wonderful dentist, Dr. Tom Moriarity, whom I have assisted with for the past 6 years. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and three adorable girls -- Olivia, Piper and Presley. I love to shop, travel and spend time in the great outdoors. I am excited to have the opportunity to join Dr. Brian James and his staff.
MaryLynne Wulfekuhle, R.D.H.
I have been working with Dr. James since 1999. I began as a dental assistant/front desk assistant. I was accepted into hygiene school in 2001, and after graduating from Kirkwood Community College in 2003, I returned to Monticello Family Dentistry to work as a registered dental hygienist. I enjoy working with a wide array of patients, educating them on proper oral hygiene care. I am married and have two daughters. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking short trips and dining out with friends.
Sonya Zimmerman
I graduated in 2001 from Kirkwood Community College as a registered dental assistant. I've been working at Monticello Family Dentistry since August 2001. My husband and I have two girls and enjoy spending all our time with them.
